
The *dmg *.pkg etc. didn’t work for me too. So my solution on macOS (10.11) is: *** Install Homebrew $ /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL** https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" *** Install virt-viewer $ brew tap jeffreywildman/homebrew-virt-manager * Use a shell script to open console.vv file like remote-viewer.sh #!/bin/sh -eu set $( ls $HOME/Downloads/console*.vv | tee -a /dev/tty | tail -1) /usr/local/bin/remote-viewer "$@" ; rm -f $HOME/Downloads/console*.vv & because i didn’t get configured a „action“ for *.vv files. $ remote-viewer.sh Enhancements are welcome!
