I have a issue on install ovirt-reports in 3rd server same as shown

But the bug saids is fixed, how I can apply the fix?
You can wait till 3.5.1 is out, it will include the fix. Or you can
use the 3.5 snapshot, see [1]. Or you can manually apply the fix
yourself, if you really want - see the links to gerrit patches under
'External Trackers' in the bug page above.
