I installed some other hosts last week without problem, the issue seems to come from the update of fence-agents with the 13 tag (previous 11 worked fine)
I suspect that this is related to the recent release of centos 7.1; some of the repos has not been updated. Please pull http://mirror.centos.org/centos-7/7/updates/x86_64/Packages/fence-agents-com... manually, and retry.
