The /dev/mapper leads me to believe it's a multipath issue. I noticed this Bugzilla entry when looking into the issue so it appears at least one other person is experiencing the same issue.

I just noticed in that bug report that there's a workaround listed. If you can let me know how to kill the partial nfs deployment I did I'll retry iscsi with the workaround. At the moment if I try to deploy I get:
