I assume you mean hosted engine. No, unfortunately this is not possible right now. Today I proposed a patch [1] which should fix it.
And if not, how can we grow the ovirt-engine disk out of standard installation procedure ?
it's possible, but includes calling vdsm client directly and editing the database, so I'd recommend to avoid it.
