I think you can download and install the ovirt-engine-appliance rpm (the big one) from https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.4/rpm/el8/x86_64/ in advance. Is there any possibility to deploy host engine without any internet access? i.e. Is offline deployment of hosted engine possible?   I have added the following line at the end of the file /usr/share/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/ansible/trigger_role.yml environment:     https_proxy: "http://<proxy_host>:<proxy_port>"     http_proxy: "http://<proxy_host>:<proxy_port>"   But it gives error in the process of “hosted-engine --deploy”.
