I can find the file in repositories on certain mirrors. Not sure what repo because no repo
install is available. You may have to create a repo after you search the file and find it
on mirror.
Someone else may have a better solution.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
This host server also have hosted engine running on it. I am using local storage for
hosted engine. Can any one help on above.
