I've configured 3 nested ovirt node on Vmware esxi 6.7. Enabled hardware assisted virtualization in ovirt vms.
Please confirm compatibility for ovirt on vmware nested virtualization.
No, AFAIK it's not working but honestly I didn't tried recently. Maybe somebody else recently gave that a try.
