The problem is the current environment running Xenserver 6.2 and is mandatory that we can migrate from the Xenserver to KVM.
Research about it I saw that is not supported.

You can use a v2v tool to migrate VMs from Xen to KVM, I believe.
Should not be a problem. That only works if it's a GNU/Linux installation running Xen, not with Xenserver. From what I've seen, the reason for this is that Xenserver doesn't include libvirt, so v2v can't connect to it.
