It's used for launching the SPICE client from the oVirt user portal. This plugin is currently Linux-only. I tried to use chrome. I can download it, it launch RemoteViewer, but I get a blank screen. It style download a .vv, that I associated to RemoteViewer, screewed. And RemoteViewer only works when launched from the command line.
