"PermitRootLogin without-password" is disabled. Is this a MUST? I am following the steps from the link below, and there is no steps needed to enable "PermitRootLogin without-password".

By the way, the "localhost.localdomain" in the engine.log "Failed to authenticate session with host 'hosted_engine_1': SSH authentication to 'root(a)localhost.localdomain' failed." means the engine VM or Host-01?
