Thoughts? Or anyone know what package provides this?

That .jar file should be provided by the ovirt-engine-backend package, but it probably has a different name. Try this: yum provides "/usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring*.jar" If you have the file but with a different version number then you will need to rename it or fix the engine-manage-domains script. None of these solutions is really good, as you changes will be lost next time you update the packages. The good solution is to fix the packaging.
