attached, although its latest master, should be the same in 3.5, i think.
marked in red: on the right - indication that the template already exists on the left - the 'clone' checkbox i referred to. bottom line, just import the template after attaching to the new dc, it should just work for you

option and give it a new name ??

now attach (import existing domain) the export domain to the new data-center, and activate (not sure if this happens automatically or not). now you can import the template to the new data-center, if its the same ovirt setup, i assume you will need to select the 'clone' option and give it a new name
