Are you running ovirt-engine in dev enviroment? There are some errors related to infinispan in engine logs, not sure if this is the cause for your error though. (refer Michael Kublin's message - http://lists.ovirt.org/pipermail/engine-devel/2013-April/004344.html for infinispan related changes)
