Are you running ovirt-engine in dev enviroment? There are some errors related
to infinispan in engine logs, not sure if this is the cause for your error
though. (refer Michael Kublin's message -

These errors should be addressed, as the inifnspan is configured correctly at service[1],
or so it seems.
Michael, I requested information about these exceptions several times, and yet got no
response from you.

Also see in vdsm logs - someone else could shed light on this:
