[ovirt-users] status disks locked

Hello, I have a vm in my ovirt setup which has it's disks locked after I wanted to take a snapshot. I have a separate node and an engine and already rebooted them both but it still keeps on telling me it's disks are locked. Where does this info come from and what can I do to rectify the situation.
