[ovirt-users] Hang tasks delete snapshot

Hello, The few days I tried delete snapshot but the task not concluded yet. How I can stop this task? I Already try with taskcleaner.sh but dont had sucess. attached the ovirt and vdsm-spm logs. ovirt version. 4.1.9 Thanks.
