I'm out of guesses. It should not make any change, but please
`service vdsmd stop`, wait a bit, and `service vdsmd start`.
But the strange thing is noipspoof hook not display in the host hooks
windows....
That's not so strange - it is updated only when the host becomes
operational. If you restart vdsmd as explained above, they should show
up.
