From the oVIrt site: "In order to install oVirt 3.6.7 Release
Candidate you've to enable oVirt 3.6 release candidate repository" so
you better use intructions in http://www.ovirt.org/release/3.6.7/
Obviously you have to put the host in mantenance before upgrading vdsm
but this is a normal operating procedure.
