Variable: no symlink to /etc/system-release =20 I started with a reinstall of ovirt-engine and ovirt-node-2.3.0 (formatted = drive=2C reinstalled)=2C enabled network (via logical network breth0 throug= h device eth0)=2C and set the Ovirt Engine Admin Password on the node.Creat= ed a new host in ovirt-manager=2C host went to "Pending Approval".On the ma= nager=2C clicked the host=2C clicked approve=2C and clicked ok (on power ma= nagement warning) And.... we passed the cert install! And everything worked up until I hit t= he cpuFlags issue. So... it wasn't the sym-link. Borked install? I guess the only think I did= different these times from before was I used a Fedora 16 disk to format th= e drive between each attempt=2C instead of using the ovirt-node disk and pe= rforming a reinstall=2C as well as rebuilding ovirt-manager. Not sure where this leaves this topic. On the node shell=2C performed "ln -s /etc/system-release /etc/rhev-hypervi= sor-release" ((note: not sure this make an effect yet=2C I think it's the v= alidating certificate part=2C but did so that only ONE thing changed betwee= n first and second test.))
