Hi, oVirt 4.5.0.8 async release has fixed the issue with postgresql-jdbc drivers: https://lists.ovirt.org/archives/list/users@ovirt.org/thread/GAENJ2DPZSDC... So for oVirt 4.5.0.8 you no longer need to exclude postgresql-jdbc >= 42.2.14 package during installation/upgrade.
