Hi, what are your exact versions, of OS on management and compute node? Which EL6 version do you run in a vm? I assume this has to do with missing vioserial device?
The documentation says (http://www.ovirt.org/Category:Ovirt_guest_agent): For Linux systems - it requires python and a vioserial device.
What needs to be done to install vioserial (virtual component / rpm package) ?
