[ovirt-users]Unable to deploy hosted engine. It keeps stuck wait for the host to be up.

I am trying to deploy hosted engine 4.5 on OL8.10. However it keeps getting stuck at step "wait for the host to be up." without any error. During this i found that vdsm service and related services went down. I am able to ssh into temp local hosted engine. But installation just stuck there. Nothing in ovirt-hosted-engine-setup logs.
