i am trying to install oVirt on CentOS6.5
The Howto from: http://www.ovirt.org/Download fails with:

Can you install epel, step 1 there? It's probably a bug in the instructions' order - 0 and 1 should be exchanged.

This installs the ancient 3.1 release that's included there.
