Indeed, it looks like a bug. Can you open one: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=ovirt-engine component = BLL.Virt, team = Virt please attach your logs too.
Also I would like to unlock disk and clean this task. I can see locked snapshot and disk
