Perhaps try to edit the VM, choose Host tab, and tweak migration options. You can set policy to Legacy, and a high-enough "custom migration downtime".

The logs you attached did not include relevant time intervals. Are you sure you do not have logs that contain the snippet you included in-line?
Anyway, you can always try again, and if it still fails, attach the new logs.
