[ovirt-users] dracut-initqueue Could not boot

I got an error while booting ovirt node and the following error message was displayed: dracut-initqueue timeout - starting I'm trying to boot into recovery mode but I'm getting the following message saying "panel is dead" error screenshots attached ovirt-node-ng-4.4.10.1-0
