Could you please try to do it properly:
1. Put host to maintenance 2. Enable "Kdump integration" in PM tab 3. Reinstall the host (click Reinstall when you select the host in Hosts tab)
Thanks! This procedure seem to work, engine reporting kdump as activated. It was rather unclear to me, since I run hosted engine: After host deploy they are in the default state, no PM configured. Hence, kdump integration is disabled and will never activate since PM has to be configured in the first place to install. Do you think it is a better idea to always activate kdump in the host deploy stage so it can later be activated correctly with PM configured?
