minimum releases that needed to fix this issue.

I had the same issue with Oracle Linux Virtualization. There is a known bug which prevents
using bonds.
If you’re on Oracle Linux, you can use kernel version
kernel-uek-0:5.15.0-103.114.4.el8uek, which is known to work. (Anything above that has not
worked, below that works fine too). Unfortunately I don’t know anything about other OSes.
