Hi,
the only problem I could imagine is that there is really some
directory
missing, but you said it is there. Fromt his point I see two things
you
can try:
1) run libvirt with debugging output enabled [1]
2) try to create the directories manually
Is the cgroupfs mounted?
Hopefully it'll give us more information on what's wrong.
