If the answer is no, this will sadly lock us out from updating to 4.3 in the foreseeable future.

maybe try to use this? https://github.com/openbacchus/bacchus it uses sdk4 it works with ovirt 4.2.7 after some updates it looks modern ;) (I'm also trying to use it :) -- Mike
