[Users] oVirt 3.2.1 and reports update error

Hello, an all-in-one setup with oVirt 3.2 on Fedora 18. # yum update ovirt-engine-setup and then # engine-upgrade with this output ... During the upgrade process, oVirt Engine will not be accessible.
