[ovirt-users] Storage-Quota

HI I have configured oVirt with 1TB storage and created a storage quota limited to 800GB beyond 800GB if any user creates a vms oVirt should not allow to create a vm ,but still users are able to create . is there any setting which I'm missing ? Thanks, Nagaraju
