I am also seeing the same thing on a system I just upgraded from 4.2.8 to 4.3. After the upgrade, I uploaded a qcow2 image and it remains in the "Completed" state in the Disks tab of the WebAdmin. The image itself works fine, I attached it to a new vm and it is running fine.
