Therefor the idea was to setup a Matrix Server/Channels or a Mattermost instance. I think both have their advantages and disadvantages, but might be nice to hear some feedback from the community.
What would you prefer as a place to communicate with each other? - Matrix channel on matrix.org - Matrix server with multiple channels - Mattermost instance
