I am currently trying to find exactly the cause of such an issue as well and it would be helpful if we could be provided with log files. Currently I am still lacking them. I will check them and let you know what I will be able to find.
If you wouldn't mind I would be referring to you for more questions if some will come up during the search for the cause and I will let you know the results asap.
