Yes i changed my browser from IE to Chrome and the dashboard loads
beautifully.
I should have checked that first and i apologize. Thank you for your

Hi,
I got this issue a few times in past, and it was fixed after I
upgraded Firefox to a newer version. I don't know if this was exactly
the reason of the issue, but upgrading your browser may help, if
that's the case.
