Sorry, I missed that. I think that 'service ovirt-engine start' will be enough - no engine-setup will be needed, and that if you do run it (e.g. to upgrade), that too will work correctly.

1) service engine stop 2) dump db 3) restore dump on new db server 4) modify /etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d/10-setup-database.conf 5) run engine-setup
