There is an utility called engine-iso-uploader:
http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_engine_tools#ovirt-iso-uploader
When you have an ISO domain with some ISO image you can simply select them
via a drop-down menu.
You might need to refresh the list of images in the web gui after uploading.
