These are instructions for members of the oVirt infra team, with ssh access to resources.ovirt.org. If you want to host a public oVirt mirror, please send a request to infra-support.ovirt.org with an SSH public key of the mirror server attached and someone from infra will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
