Hello, I was having the exact same issue in a new clean install, plus I can't upload ISOs or other disks files through the web UI. OracleLinux 8.10 with self-hosted OLVM 4.5.5-1.22el8 The solution was to replace the olvm45-security-fixes.conf with the one attached by Simon Thank you so much!
