Try clicking with the left button: it will open a new page where you will find the snapshot tab. Check the attached screenshot. Now the URLs are also predictable so you can easily directly edit it or bookmark for a direct access.

Did you tried clicking on the VM name?
The UI pattern is slightly different from how it used to be in previous versions.
