When you click on the console button in the UI, a file with necessary info (inclusing auth) is provided. That file can be used with many remote connection apps. Keep in mind that auth info is valid for a very short term (a minute, maybe 2) so you need to open it without waiting too much. After a lot of attempts, i was finally able to open a VM (centos8-cld) using virt-viewer on my mac (catalina). but i am faced with a login screen. So, where do i get this information from? or should i be using a different method to log into a vm?
This goes for all of the VMs available by default.
can someone please help me with this?
