Elrepo also has packages for the drivers that RedHat decided to remove.
Of course, you could just purchase some supported Network Interface Cards.

RedHat has dropped support for this, so I don’t know if there’s anyway to fix it for the
node images short of respinning your own that includes the driver. I use almalinux 8 hosts
with elrepo kernel-lt installed, which includes those drivers, myself.
