We have manually mounted the lun in the node and not seeing any issues ,while mounting from the UI its failing , by the way one thing to update is that nfs lun is created from the Dell unity NFS version3.

Instead of going and manually modifying files on host, there is also in web UI the chance to expand options and force version 3 of NFS mount. Have you already tried it?
