Hi Rene, thanks for the quick response :) I will have a look at the ovirt shell/REST API (http://www.ovirt.org/REST-Api), if I fail here(new topic for me) I try to clone NFS export folder on current NAS using RRTP to another NAS, which I can attach to 3.2.1 after deactivating RRTP.

So you have to export some of your vms or all vms (depending on possible downtime and space on your export domain), detach export domain from oVirt 3.0, attach it to oVirt 3.2 and import your vms. If you can't export all vms at the same time you could script this process with ovirt-shell/REST-API/Python-API to e.g. export first 5 vms, detach export domain, attach export domain, import these 5 vms, detach, attach, export next 5 vms,... Sharing your ISO domain is possible...
