So please ensure also that file '/tmp/xxxx.jks' is readable by ovirt user. The configuration looks fine.
All permissions are given. The problem is still the same...
Please check also SELinux. Can you please send 'tool.log' generated from the following command? $ ovirt-engine-extensions-tool --log-level=FINEST --log-file=tool.log aaa search --entity-name=* --extension-name=your_openldap_authz_name
