yum install haveged
systemctl enable haveged
systemctl start haveged
and wait till /proc/sys/kernel/random/entropy_avail goes back to a
reasonable value.

Ok, the issue is definitively here:
You can try installing the haveged deamon or any other method to keep
entropy at a reasonable level.
