If you can define "stuck" with some more detail I am sure many here could help you further. Are the VMs in question displayed as "paused" by the engine? Have you tried using virsh at the command line to see if you can shutdown or start the VMs? I have found that sometimes virsh will work to interact with the VMs when the GUI interface will not.
