Cannot change cluster version since following VMs are previewing snapshots: mail-archive1
Can you check what is the status of the above VM ('mail- archive1')? Is it previewing snapshots? And if it is you need to decide if you want to commit that = snapshot or undo/revert. Perhaps it was done by mistake or something=E2=80=A6= .but you need to clear it out as we don=E2=80=99t support cluster = upgrade while snapshot preview is ongoing.
