What are you trying to achieve? SSL is good :)
I suspect you have to disable ssl in the apache server
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
but I'm not really sure.
And, if you do, I suspect some things that use certificates won't work,
either (console, disk upload, etc.)
Ravi might know more.
